How do I make a warranty claim?

  1. Identify your purchase date and keep proof of purchase.
  2. Check the product’s guarantee length
  3. The warranty covers manufacturing defects — not wear from misuse or non-genuine parts.
  4. Submit claims through your retailer or open a support ticket with us (photos and proof of purchase will be required).
